What a brilliant morning at Forest School! With the sun shining and smiles all around, the boys and girls were split into two teams — the Spiders and the Ladybirds.
Each team worked together to hide minibeast cards for the opposing group to find. Once the cards were hidden, it was time for the hunt! The children searched high and low, discovering some very clever and creative hiding places along the way.
After the hunt, the boys and girls showed super teamwork as they sorted and grouped their minibeasts. They then created tally charts to record how many of each mini‑creature they had found, using fantastic maths and problem‑solving skills.
It was wonderful to see such teamwork, dedication, creativity, and rich language being used throughout the activity. A great morning enjoyed by everyone — well done! 🌿📊✨
