The P7 classes began their 'Our Generation' programme with Rachael from Action Mental Health this week.
Our first session was about Mental Health and Emotional Wellbeing.
We discussed mental health and physical health and identified self-care techniques to manage mental & emotional health.
We also talked about positive and negative feelings/emotions and how thoughts, feelings & habits impact our behaviour.
