This week, Year 4 have been learning all about measuring length. We had fun looking for things around our classroom that were about the same length as one metre. We used metre sticks and tape measures to check our guesses and talked about which items were longer, shorter or just right! This helps us learn how to use standard units like metres — a key part of our Measures work in Maths.
