💷Managing Money Matters💷

16th Mar 2026
Our P7 pupils took part in a Financial Wellbeing workshop with Bank of Ireland on Thursday 12th March.

The session helped pupils begin to understand the importance of managing money as they grow up in an increasingly complex world. Developing these skills at an early age supports children in making informed decisions about money and helps prepare them to take charge of their own financial future.

During the workshop, pupils explored the difference between needs and wants, discussed how to create a simple budget, and learned about the importance of saving money. It was an engaging and practical session that encouraged thoughtful discussions and gave pupils useful skills they can begin to use in everyday life.

We would like to thank Bank of Ireland for delivering such an informative and enjoyable workshop for our pupils.
