Year 3 enjoyed their first session of Forest School yesterday! 🌿
We learned all about our Forest School rules and had the chance to explore the environment around us. The children gathered natural materials and had great fun making, building and creating using the resources they found. We saw some wonderful stone pictures, tic-tac-toe games and even names made from natural materials! It was fantastic to see how creative the children could be with what they discovered in nature.
As the saying goes, “There’s no such thing as bad weather, only inappropriate clothing.” Forest School gives children the chance to learn through exploration, creativity and hands-on experiences in the natural world, helping them grow in confidence and curiosity. 🍃
We can’t wait to go back to Forest School next week!🌳🌲
