Crowning Mary 2026

6th May 2026

Today we gathered at our school grotto to celebrate our beautiful May tradition of crowning Mary. We were so fortunate that the sun shone down on us, making the occasion feel even more special as we joined in prayer, song, and quiet reflection together to honour Mary.

Our oldest pupils, Rosa and Conan, gently placed a crown of flowers on Mary’s head.

Well done to our P7 pupils for their thoughtful readings and to our P4/5 pupils for leading a decade of the Rosary so confidently.

A sincere thank you to Paul Pritchard, Mrs Dolan, and Mrs Hackett for leading us so beautifully in music and song.

It was a beautiful celebration for our whole school community 💐
