This week, our KS2 pupils have been bringing Maths to life with a fantastic mix of hands-on activities and exciting challenges!
📱 P5 kicked things off with fast-paced Kahoot Maths online challenges on the iPads — testing their skills and quick thinking in a fun, competitive way.
🌳 P6 took Maths outdoors, working collaboratively and using their measurement skills to calculate the age and height of different trees. A brilliant way to combine learning and nature!
🪵 P7 got creative in the fresh air too, using sticks to build 2D and 3D shapes, and then putting their problem-solving to the test by measuring and drawing shapes with specific areas/perimeter.
It’s been wonderful to see everyone so engaged, excited, and enthusiastic about Maths.
